Refund Policy

At LAXNAR AI Innovations Private Limited, we strive to deliver premium AI solutions, software development services, SaaS products, consulting, automation, and enterprise technology solutions.

Due to the customized nature of our services, payments are generally non-refundable except in the limited situations described below.

We follow milestone-based development and delivery.

Payments made toward:

• Discovery
• Consultation
• UI/UX Design
• Development
• AI Model Development
• SaaS Solutions
• Source Code Delivery
• Dedicated Resources
• Third-party Licenses
• Cloud Infrastructure
• API Integrations

are non-refundable once work has commenced.

Refunds may only be considered in the following situations:

• Project has not started within 15 working days from the agreed commencement date and no resources have been allocated.
• Duplicate payment for the same invoice.
• Technical infeasibility discovered before development begins where LAXNAR AI Innovations Private Limited decides not to proceed.

Refund approvals remain solely at the discretion of the operations and finance teams.

Refunds will not be provided for:

• Change of business direction
• Change of mind
• Client communication delays
• Delayed approvals
• Subjective dissatisfaction
• Scope changes after approval
• Partial feature rejection without contractual basis
• Requests made more than 30 days after milestone delivery

If the client cancels the project:

• Completed work remains payable.
• Intellectual property and source code remain with LAXNAR AI Innovations Private Limited until outstanding payments are cleared.
• No refund will be issued for completed or active milestones.

We aim to review disputes within 7 business days.

Any legal proceedings shall fall under the jurisdiction of Gurugram, Haryana, India.

Approved refunds will:

• Be processed using the original payment method.
• Normally be completed within 30 working days after approval.
• Be subject to payment gateway processing timelines.

LAXNAR AI Innovations Private Limited reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time.

The latest version published on the website shall always prevail.
